Refund Policy
In most cases, payments for FluentJoy subscriptions and team member licenses aren’t refundable. If you have an issue with your account, or think there’s been an error in billing, please contact us at support@fluentjoy.com.
How to request a refund from the Apple App Store
If you purchased your Dropbox subscription through the Apple app store, you'll have to request your refund from Apple directly.
To request a refund, follow these instructions from the Apple support page:
Log in to your App Store account here and report a problem with a purchase.
Click Report a Problem next to the FluentJoy app.
Choose a problem, write a description, and click Submit.
Apple will contact you with a decision on your refund request.
Note: Apple only accepts refund requests for purchases made within the last 90 days.
How to request a direct debit refund
Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Fluentjoy and on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. Fluentjoy will refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour that entitles Fluentjoy to counterclaim the refund.
If you paid for your FluentJoy subscription with a direct debit payment, please contact support@fluentjoy
What happens when I submit a chargeback request?
Any chargeback requested from your bank will downgrade your FluentJoy subscription to a Free plan.
Live in the EU, UK, or Turkey?
