Weather Vocabulary: Common Weather Conditions

- Sunny. When the weather is sunny, the sun is shining brightly, and there are few or no clouds in the sky. For example, "Today is a sunny day, perfect for a picnic".
- Rainy. Rainy weather occurs when there is rainfall. It can vary from light showers to heavy downpours. An example sentence is, "It's a rainy day, so don't forget your umbrella".
- Cloudy. When the sky is filled with clouds but there's no precipitation, it is described as cloudy. For instance, "The weather is cloudy, but it might clear up later".
