Cooperation vs Collaboration: What's the Diffference?
Collaboration implies shared ownership and interest in a specific outcome. When you collaborate on a project, you and your partner share responsibility and ownership of the work and its results. For instance, if we collaborate on a project, both of us are equally invested in its success and share the workload and credit.
Cooperation involves assisting someone with their tasks without sharing ownership of the outcome. When you cooperate, you provide help or support, but the primary responsibility remains with the person you are assisting. For example, if you help me with a task I am responsible for, that is cooperation.
